From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One staff member in particular, Ann-Catrin, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in our well-being during our time at the hotel.

The hotel's central location in the business district allowed for easy access to all the main attractions in the city. Additionally, the spacious rooms and modern bathrooms provided a comfortable stay. The friendly staff and fresh breakfast, including personalized coffee service and a variety of cooked options, were also highlights of the hotel.
The air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work properly, making it difficult to lower the temperature.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The rooms were spacious and the showers were amazing. The hotel is located on a big street, right opposite a station, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. There were plenty of local restaurants around, and the bar on the ground floor was also really good. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and informative. The room was comfortable, clean, and modern, with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. We were even given the highest available room, just as we had requested. It was perfect!
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and modern, with unique designs that added a touch of style and comfort to my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a truly restful sleep experience. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for nearby attractions and even providing complimentary tea and water when I checked out.
While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of drawbacks. the breakfast was quite expensive, although there were several excellent breakfast restaurants in the area.

The staff at reception and during breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel had a pleasant vibe overall. The rooms were very comfortable with a good standard bathroom and beds. The location was great, right beside an underground station on the U2 line, which made it easy for us to access all the main tourist attractions in this city. The hotel was also located in a quiet place, but still close to nice places. It was just opposite the underground station, making transportation very convenient.
